By accessing or using Measurably ("the Service"), provided by AshlrAI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Measurably is a prompt-measurement service with an available web scorer, personal dashboard, and coaching features. The browser extension is available as a direct, checksummed developer preview loaded unpacked in Chromium browsers; it is not a browser-store release. Desktop and terminal components described as previews are not generally available products.
Baseline scoring can run locally. We store derived scores, dimensions, tool metadata, and session information. If you explicitly invoke an AI-powered feature, prompt text is processed by our service and the named model provider for that request, but is not persisted as prompt history or analytics. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to misuse the hosted Service, including attempting to access other users' data, using the Service for illegal purposes, or circumventing access controls or subscription restrictions. Software released under an open-source license may be used under that license.
AshlrAI retains its rights in Measurably branding, hosted-service materials, and software except where software is separately offered under an open-source license. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process account-associated derived measurements to provide the Service and aggregate benchmarks, subject to the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AshlrAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
