By accessing or using Measurably ("the Service"), provided by AshlrAI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Measurably is an AI effectiveness tracking platform that scores your prompts locally in the browser, tracks skill progression over time, and provides coaching insights. The Service includes a web dashboard and a Chrome browser extension.
Your raw prompts are scored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. We only store aggregated scores, metadata (tool used, token counts, dimension scores), and session information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the scoring algorithms, attempting to access other users' data, using the Service for illegal purposes, or circumventing subscription restrictions.
All content, branding, and code within Measurably are the property of AshlrAI. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your aggregated, anonymized data for community benchmarking features.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AshlrAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
